Squad perks not working

Im in a clan that upgraded all perks to max. But even if I activate all three squad perks that should give more troops when requesting (steadfast conviction, to battlestations, hyperspace shortcut) I still can only recieve the same ammount... both in my base and in squad wars (20 troops). I tried reloading games and upgrading squadcenter but with no effect.

The perks allow one single person to donate a higher quantity of troops. For example, if you requested 20 soldiers, one person could give you nine (with the perks) instead of four. The unit capacity of your squad center remains unchanged.
