Honestly we need strong hq9/10 players to help take links off empire hq10, but we will consider hq8s as well.

After seeing some other recruitment notices, I should say...

We do not use LINE app. The chat is mostly in game or not at all.
About 6 of us are regular donators (I.e. At least 10 units per day), the rest are less regular nowadays.
We are a multiple-continent group.
I would class our squad as casual but competitive.
We are currently Level 45/46 in perks.
We lose a lot of wars because sometimes the opponent is much more organised and committed than us, but also because frankly the Empire squad can get three links without any outposts, but we have trouble getting two links with three outposts.

On behalf of the group, I might consider a whole new team. We probably have up to 15 possible spots.

We don't use Line app....and still going strong. Level 46 perks were great for the Death Star crate chase.

Don't focus on donations. Don't focus on Level 46 perks. Focus on the fact that you need people and your squad is good.

Donations and perks are not the selling points, people should want in your squad even if it was brand spanking new ... tell them why.

I would still love to talk merger with you guys. I look at your squad and see quite a few people who would grow by leaps and bounds in TheMidnightMob or the TheMorningMob and we definitely have room coming (a few retirements are sadly coming down).

Other than that ... what you HAVE to do is keep yourselves between 16-19 players so you are featured. That will at least give you a chance to get to 20. You won't grow beyond that, but you can get to 20.
