Unless if you are attacking deseperately to get UC in some conflict, and you need to use more samples, but the amount of clicks you have to do now to select normal units doesn't worth the time you save not having to open your HQ inventory.
This new recruitment system sucks because is causing game to lag even more...

All the extra scrolling for main units, which are off screen now, extra clicks to train, and Extra Extra lag are not an improvement to gameplay. It is very frustrating and there are many better ways to improve this.
Someone mentioned a button to re-train units used in last battle. Fantastic idea.
Another idea: Screen to customize troop set for each barrack/factory/hero/cantina. Most people use a certain troop set for normal gameplay and another set or two for war, depending on outpost bonus.
There should be a Train Troop menu with buttons to replace troops used in last fight or to chose from one of your pre-set custom configurations for all training buildings.

Yes, good you said that about the Remove Troops option. I guess is the best add coming with this update. We don't need to move to Tatooine anymore to drop troops in some chapter mission or attack someone and lose protection and all transports units only to open slots for other units. This is great -- better only if we also have this option for Squad Center troops.
