bluestacks icons update problem

After updating my bluestacks from 3 to 4 the game still plays fine but now ALL icons are messed up here is a example https://imgur.com/Zi4ftfB . Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't fix it ether.

SuperDean - If you are going to use a Emulator perhaps another one might not cause the issue you are having.

IMPORTANT - Zynga / Natural Motion Games can NOT help you.

I use Bluestacks with no problem. I will check what version I am running tonight

i just need to know where the data is stored so i can delete it and then reinstall it fresh

Not sure where it is stored by I am on version 4 as well and not having the problem you described.

did you install it in version 4 or already had it installed in version 3?

Yes. Your icons are all messed up. Mine are fine.

Its only the icons everything else in the game looks normal so i want to know where are the icons stored because even uninstalling the app doesn't fix it.

EDIT:

and i just realized that these icons there showing are not even from this game but other apps i play!
