Pathing to many others including myself is the unit ability to follow an (presumably) expected path to the target. For example, a unit decided to take a much longer path to the target than it should.
In this case, it wasn't even moving. It's more like a unit freeze problem.
btw, can you capture the replay and post it somewhere so we can all take a look ?
