Can't see any chat and all squad requests have vanished. Unique to me or is it world wide?

I can see requests and replays but get a "Chat is currently disabled. Please try again later." if I try to post.
Noticed a few hours ago chat was buggy and unreliable whether it appeared after reloading the game - sometimes it would be there, sometimes not.

Having the same issue for both of my accounts. I started getting the “Chat is Currently Disabled” notice earlier in the day but it would fix itself after a quick reload. Now it’s kind of stuck there.

Before the chat update this happend frequently to me.
Normaly a restart (sometimes a few restarts) solve the problem.
