A widespread issue? It only seemed to affect HQ4-5 Rebels players.

Also, the big reward for this event is supposed to be the Father Rider, but it shows the Bufopel
Protector again for me. Is this their way of compensating?

GSWarrior10 - The Fathier Rider is a Mercenary Unit and is unavailable to HQ 6 or Lower due to them not having the Cantina which is Unlocked at HQ 7.

So HQ 6 or Lower sees the Bufopel Protector (or Empire Equivalent).
