ISSUE: Server Error 800 - Game Loss or Sync Errors

I posted the following yesterday:

WARNING: Have Seen Reports of Players Losing Bases

Have seen reports of Players seeing Status 800 and being sent back to Tutorial :o :shock:

And when "others" view their Base they get Status 714.

Found this posted today in the Official Help here:

STAR WARS™: Commander - Error: "The server was unable to execute the command... Status: 800"

Players have reported encountering the following error when launching STAR WARS™: Commander:

"The server was unable to execute the command. Please reload and try again. If the problem continues please contact customer support. Status: 800"

The development team is working diligently to resolve this issue. Thanks for your patience.

Yup I’m receiving this error. Tried deleting app and re download but no luck. What’s going on guys. Pls help.

Do we know if the maintenance is still ongoing, or has it finished? The reason I ask is that I deleted the game from Facebook Gameroom. Now instead of refusing to load the game I'm getting the status 800 error.

I haven't seen anything that looks like maintenance yet.

I am still expecting to see today a In-Game Notice showing Server Maintenance. As expected, they waited for Week 2 of the "Star Wars Last Jedi Event" to end before they began Maintenance.

Now that we are in the 24 Hour "pause" between Week 2 End and Week 3 Start I am sure that this "Maintenance" will begin shortly.

It is still my hope that they will resolve the "Lost Account" issues for everyone soon.

!!SOLUTION!!

Guys! I just got past the error 800, and my base is BACK 100%!

All I did after seeing my base being reset to the tutorial, was uninstall Google Games on my other devices, keeping them from being synced to the new profile and disconnected the new one.

Today, after reading this, I reinstalled Google Games on my other devices, opened Commander, and my base was back! Even the upgrades I bought before this happened! 8-)

erfs - I don't know for sure if this will work - but here is a FBGR "solution" from another Topic.
