Thanks for taking the time to contact us! I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving this error - I can't imagine how frustrating this must be. We have recently received a few reports of this issue from our other players and we are currently collecting device information to try and track this issue down. Feel free to respond back with the following:
- A screenshot of your 32-digit Player ID (found in the 'About' section of the 'Settings' menu).
- Device make/model/OS version.
- App version.
- Available space on your device.
- From which app store did you purchase/download the app?
- Was the app purchased/downloaded/updated via 3G/4G, LTE, or Wi-Fi?
- Was the app installed on the internal memory or an SD card?
- Has your device been modified/rooted from its original manufacturer's specs?
- Have you recently updated or changed your device’s OS?
- A screenshot of the error message you're seeing.
