I can not find it.

Tem - try to shorten IGN... (example if IGN was "KillBill777" try using just "Kill" for Player Name) - PLUS - Remember to change Search to PLAYER...

ALSO... KSoD is for current / active Squads... If you are not in a Squad you may not be listed...

ALSO... you should have had a Screenshot of your Player ID (found on Splash Screen and/or Game Settings > About).

i did that and find my squad but then i can not find my old player id

i did that and find my squad but then i can not find my old player id

Tem... AFTER doing Player Search... click on the Webpage Address Bar... you should see the URL appear... follow the instructions above (recommend copy-and-paste URL to Text Document).

It looks like now i have Lost again my old base i cant see any were my base lvl 8 i see only my new base lvl 2 did i do something wrong.

I recommend you contact Disney Mobile Support and talk to them about restoring your old Base.

You will need your Old Player ID and New Player ID.

How to Contact Disney Mobile Support

You can contact Disney Mobile Support here.

Click on the BLUE [Contact Us] Button in the lower right corner and answer the prompts thereafter.

⇨ Be sure to include with your initial "report" the following:

  1. Your Player ID (found on Load Splash Screen - or - in Settings > About - or - previously saved).
  2. Your In-Game Name.
  3. Your Squad Name.
  4. Your Game Device and its Current OS Version.
  5. Your SWC Game Version and Build (found in Settings > About).
  6. A description of the "issues" you have noted.
