How can they be allowed to lie in official correspondence to players? On multiple occasions they said the game was not closing.

probably didnt have a bearing on much but people constantly predicting on here it would end and then people emailing them and even calling them! may have put the idea about a bit more.

They HAVE to lie. They can't tell anyone before the official announcement.
