blackdog - While the Webpage appears to be updated I am not sure it is "live" yet.

IN FACT... I just noted that for iOS Game Devices that the iTunes Store Description of Star Wars Commander (shown here) already shows NaturalMotion as the Game Developer / Publisher.

I used the link to the help page and posted a help request. Basically complaining that my android tablet would not get chat notifications. It went through..

Well Zynga got back to me asap (within 12 hours). They have asked for a bunch of information. I will fill out their form/request once I get home from work and update as to the fix.

When I sent Disney the ticket for not receiving notifications/requests/chat on Android they said that it was a known issue they were working on. Now let's see what Zynga says.

Quick replies too. That give us the impression that they care.

Fo sho. If they had done this about two months ago they may have saved 33% of the player base.

Thanks for the information. In this case, to help you fix and have the notification to appear and for the chat to function normally, please follow through with the steps below:
1. Update to the latest version of the game.
2.Force close all apps running in the background.
3. Clear your game cache.
4. Turn off the device for a few minutes and make sure that connection used is stable.
5. It is recommended to let the game breathe every hour so as not to overload/ overheat your device with game info (causes some problems in the game)

My first report to zynga support just returned an automatic answer saying they couldn't make any adjustment and they are happy to hear from us to improve the game. I didn't ask any adjustment. They didn't even read my message. This is not going to be any better than disney....
