If we are talking about 'wants' rather than bugs* then I want a second research lab AND second cantina in addition to the Prestige level cantina!

*Providing Prestige level research levels that require frags and not allowing you to actually build them is a bug. They should either stop frags/levels at 10 or allow you to build them at Prestige level.

If this is "wish list" time, I want to be able to cook units and store them in my inventory, not only samples, but things I want to stockpile.

I don't want a second cantina, I want the cook times addressed. Why does one tog take 10mins? A prestige sniper is 3 and a bit. Same UC. The horse riders (original ones) twice the UC and take 10 mins.
It makes me not want to use them, you know when you get requests "pls send 6 togs" I honestly want to hide away for a few hours rather than spend an hour cooking 6 togs.

I get wanting some of these things as wish list items, but I think this has been discussed many times. Timers and bottlenecks drive crystal purchases. The Cantina and research center bottlenecks, starship and merc cooktimes, etc. are all planned hurdles to drive revenue. They are not going away, unless some other revenue option is introduced like a monthly fee or "gold pass" concept that provides Zynga with a revenue stream to offset any losses that another cantina, research center, and reduced starship & merc cooktimes would create. It's the business aspect that drives game design as much as anything.

The introduction of the SMTT's was a revenue generation idea. It's not a surprise that the unit is op to drive demand. It's also not a surprise that they chose the cantina as a portal to produce these units. Staggering concept when you think about it. Create a virtual product that you can not only sell, but where you also have control over demand. They have an unlimited supply of the product since it's virtual, and all they need to do is amp up demand. It's the drug dealer and/or Casino business model. Crazier than selling bottled water in developed countries, where you sell something that's basically free, just based off the convenience factor and marketing. That's why I chuckle when people say the dev's don't know what they are doing. They know exactly what they are doing.

they know from this and other games they control/manage/run how to conduct thousands of micro experiments to drive as many $$$ transactions as they can.

I think Zynga is being prevented from improving the game and developing new tools and resources due to the Disney contract - just something like that to explain the almost total absence of improvements both in the platform and in the gameplay. Or they don't care with a such old mobile game. In 1 year, we had a minimum of bug fixes, and only a few new units.

We have discussed it several times here, including on the Wish List and Suggestions for Zynga, and the game remains the same, especially for us veterans now sitting on the golden throne waiting, waiting, for something that will change the weekly upgrades routine.

Another day someone revived the Campaign thread, I don't remember that, maybe it happened during my game hiatus right at the beginning on Windows, and it seemed interesting, but Events are much more profitable when they force players to spend crystals.

My two Prestige are 11 resource generators upgrades from give the Prestige Droid a definite vacation. I hope that in these almost 11 weeks something really motivating happens because just as it will be unnecessary to make heroic defenses (close to max out all Bronzium units) not even weekly upgrades I will have to do.

I was going into retirement when the Prestige level was released, and now I'm thinking about retirement once the Prestige is completed. Well... Maybe they release a new level and "ah shit here we go again"?

MY PRESTIGE STATUS:

:arrow: I am continuing work on my Prestige Level Building Final Upgrade Order as I posted here and currently on Step 2 of 8.

The following happened since last report...

  • Prestige Alloy Refinery (1 of 6) - Completed.
  • Prestige Alloy Refinery (2 of 6) - Started. **5.75 More Weeks of Alloy Refinery Upgrades to go.
And now another word from our Sponsors...

The following Research Lab Actions was worked on since last report...

  • Unit - Dowutin Hunter Level 5 Upgrade Completed
  • Armory Equipment - Tauntaun Rider - Max Level 10 Upgrade Started.
Medal Cap Increase

With my completion of Prestige Alloy Refinery (1 of 6) my Medal Cap increased from 166,900 to 166,950.

Will post again when the above are finished...

I'm literally logging on now for HD... once the base is full prestige that'll be it for me I guess. There's no way in a million years i'd even consider upgrading to a level 12 base... not unless they utterly changed the crystal costs for baking units etc.
