On Tuesday, 4/17, Commander will be undergoing planned downtime starting at 12:00pm PST. During this update, the game will be unavailable for several hours.

IMPORTANT WAR REMINDER:

Due to Server Maintenance on Tuesday, April 17 and the uncertainty of when the Server will be back up it is strongly recommended that your Squad - DOES NOT PICK / INITATE WAR - on Monday, April 16 but wait for Wednesday April 18 before beginning Wars again.

REMINDER: Server Maintenance Happens Tomorrow

SWC Servers will be down for Maintenance tomorrow starting at 12:00 PM (Noon) PDT (7:00 PM UTC).

1. For US Time Zones the Server will begin Maintenance on Tuesday at:
   
   
   • 3:00 PM EDT
   • 2:00 PM CDT
   • 1:00 PM MDT
   • 12:00 PM (Noon) PDT
   • 11:00 AM AKDT (Alaska)
   • 9:00 AM HST (Hawaii)
2. For US Territory Time Zones the Server will begin Maintenance at:
   
   
   • 5:00 AM - Wednesday - Guam / Northern Mariana Islands
   • 3:00 PM - Tuesday - Puerto Rico / US Virgin Islands
   • 8:00 AM - Tuesday - American Samoa / Midway Island

WARNING: A scheduled Server Maintance back in June 2017 resulted in loss of data for some SWC Accounts which took 3 weeks to correct (most Players got their Bases back) - SO...

1. Make sure your game is backed up on your device's Cloud Based Backup.
2. Make sure your game is synced to Facebook or Game Center or Google Play.
3. Have a screenshot of your Player ID found on the Splash Screen and in Settings / About.
4. Have a screenshot of your Current Base Layout which will show your In-Game-Name (IGN) also.
   
   IT IS BETTER TO BE PREPARED THAN SORRY...

HOW LONG WILL WE BE DOWN?

We don't know for sure - the Developer Notes states "During this update, the game will be unavailable for several hourss" - so 2 to 3 hours minimum is my guess, but I would expect longer so perhaps 4 to 6 hours (or more if there are issues).
