My opinions on how "Star Wars: Commander" is going downhill.

I have seen this topic discussed many times, and I would like to share my own opinions. The following message is going toward players for the Empire and the Rebellion.

Okay, I know from experience that many squads are fighting at each other instead of working with each other, and there are some squads that are just... empty with no players filling in the roster. There are squads whose players may have had their differences with the Officers and/or Leaders, or they may not be getting along with each other or cooperating with each other right now, and that is how these squads normally start and then fall apart. We shouldn’t be fighting at each other. This game is supposed to be fun. We are the Rebellion/Empire. We should be working together to defeat the imperial/rebel forces and stop the Galactic Empire/Rebel Alliance. People delete the game half the time because of these issues, along many other issues in the app itself. I believe these issues are pointless and should not even be happening. If these issues continue to happen, it’ll make this game lose players, then, in some cases, lose players' love or interest in the "Star Wars" franchise, and then, God forbid, eventually allowing Disney to cancel this once fantastic game.

I said I, personally, have experienced all of these problems at once. Here’s an example; my experience. I, myself, came from a Level 50 Squad, called Jedi501st, whose ex-Leaders became power-hungry tyrants. They kept getting ticked off about the losses of our wars in the squad, then they both quit. In my opinion, there is definitely a fine line between enjoying a game and then being addicted to winning. Then me and my buddies, downmachine67 and his wife, angel, got sick of it and left that once brilliant squad have made our way by trying to create our own squad called 1stJediOrder. That didn’t work so well. That is an example of squads that are empty with no players filling in the roster. This frustrated angel, along with our problems from being in the old squad, which made her quit and delete the game. down still plays, though, don’t worry, and they both still love "Star Wars". Then he and I decided on joining this squad called RebelForceOne, and it has grown bigger and stronger this past summer since we joined, and yes, we’ve had our ups and downs (such as the main three players who started RebelForceOne taking a break and passing the squad onto us, but they do still play every once in a while, though. They have families and jobs, and I, myself, have school.),and losses from a couple of wars, but the primary reason for that is for players not coordinating and communicating with the Officers and Leaders, or not showing up at all, because they’re not loyal or active players. And some players we have had in the past say they’ll show up for war, and then they don’t. That is not how a team works. A squad is supposed to communicate, coordinate with each other, and work together. And when you say you’ll show up for something, you show up.

So, please, after all of this rambling from me, all I am asking is to stop the hate, fighting, arguing, bickering, etc., and help out new players. Help out your squadmates. If you have bases on both sides, then help each other out on both sides. Help out other squads who are struggling. Help out other squads that are empty earn some loyal and active players. This is the only way this game can still be successful, other than glitches and other problems. We can do this, guys. We just have to work together.

Here is a speech that I just ever so recently created using some quotes from the films and games that seem to all tie into each other and this message.

We fight so others can live. And if we die, it better be for the same reason. If the Empire has this kind of power, what chance do we have? What chance do we have? The question is "what choice." Run, hide, plead for mercy, scatter your forces. You give way to an enemy this evil with this much power, then you condemn the galaxy to an eternity of submission. The time to fight is now! Saw Gerrera used to say one fighter with a sharp stick and nothing left to lose can take the day. They’ve no idea we’re coming. They’ve no reason to expect us. If we can make it to the ground, we’ll take the next chance. And the next. On and on until we win... or the chances are spent. We’re going to win this war, not by fighting what we hate, but saving what we love. Contact the Resistance. Tell them this is just the beginning. The First Order is still coming. But we have hope. Rebellions are built on hope. People like you are the reason hope can prevail. And hope is the reason we are going to win.

May the Force be with you.

From my experience, that is not normal. You need to be in an establish squad. Take a look at top fifty squad or even the squad I am in. We are top seventy. Ksod ranking is not good because we only war once a week and took a month off from wars. We were ranked top twenty in ksod but frankly got bored because of classic frags. Our squad is jedirebellion

By my experience, I see stupid leaders, stupid officers, stupid members and squads with stupid rules since my first Windows days. This never will change because there are members, officers and leaders without any notion, without skill to play the game, and without talent for leaderships that insist in create stupid rules/bad tactics and think they are in the Army or something like that.

The most stupid rule i saw in almost 4 years playing SWC was when I joined Cybertron, an Imperial Squad on Windows, a great squad, the leader was called Optimus, believe it or not. But they had stupid rules, but the worst rule was of don't use - NEVER USE - donated troops to attack! If you asked for troops and did another request, the officer asked you to share a replay of your defense to proof you not used the donations to attack and can get more troops! Members that used donations to attack were removed. I left the squad because I didn't agree with this stupidity.

I lost the count of how many squads i joined on Windows - I got the leadesrhip of two squads when the leaders were kicked by inactivity - before create my own squad because i couldn't find a good squad to stay. As I said, stupid people you will always find in any part of your social life, not so different in SCW or any game.

Many leaders are absent, or just don't care, and many Officers try act like that sargent in Full Metal Jacket or follow their own rules or think they are better than others just because they are Officers or have a high level base. When I see a picture like that, I just leave the squad. Good squads with good players are ruined by stupid leaders/officers all the time. I see that at large number.

When I started a new Imperial account on Android after the Windows closing, I had luck and found a great squad in my first try: "stormflame" squad. I joined them as level 4 and now I am level 9 going to 10 in a few weeks. We are a dedicate team of players together for long time, and do great in wars.

I've never been able to find a good squad to join with my Rebel account. Because of all reasons said above: stupid leaders, stupid officers, stupid rules. I went inactive many times, joined and left lots of squads, I created my own squad to host my 3 Rebel accounts because I got tired of searching for a good squad, but suddenly after 1 year and 6 months jumping from squad to squad, I found what I was looking for: "Solo's_Band", a great squad that brought me back to the game. We reach Level 50 after start a new war team. After the rebirth, we got 21 victories in squad wars in a row, playing war after war.

Communicate is the key to have a winning squad. Coordinate attacks in wars is the key to the victory. And players committed with the squad, and a leader and officers that really knows how the game works and like to help new players, then everything will be fine. If don't, or if you don't like your squad for any reason, just leave. There's thousand of squads out there, but it's not easy to find a good one to join. Just keep trying.
A Windows survivor now training players and helping squads through the Galaxy!

Imperial HQ10 in "BombSquad18" (Level 49 squad)
Rebel HQ10 / HQ8 in "Ewok_revenge" (Level 50 squad)
