Round 2 for me was Deploy 325 vehicles. Some people in my squad are getting a 4-hour wait time before opening a crate and for others, it is instantaneous.

after dumping all my skiffs and bikes from my HQ. I finally made it to step 3. I can confirm that it is destroy 4 HQ's

NOTICE: Those in "B-Group" Still See 4 Hour Research Times for Elite Crates

My HQ 7 Account was part of the "B-Group" and had NO RESEARCH TIMES to reach Chapter Objectives 1 - 4 and the final Main Objective.

My HQ 7 Account started collecting Elite Event Crates a little less then 3 hours after Event Started... each taking 4 Hours Research Time.

It took me only 10 mins. I just dumped loads of probe droids from my HQ inventory and didn't even try to win any of those attacks. Obviously depends if you care about dropping conflict points or not.

The destroy/deploy goals seems less frustrating to me right now. It hasn't lost any EP count due to crash/intermediate crate issues yet... easier to track progress.

Medals: ~25k Deka/o: 25/17 Jumps: 3d/0f/0h
Game Thought: random number generator looks more like round robin to me.

way less rewards, EP events will suck if it stays this way. Especially when the unit unlock is useless.

My first objective was 360 ep four hour research... fine no problem. Second 650 ep 4 hour research...hmmm. Stick a fork in me I am done with this event. I can tolerate the previous format but this is too much.

I'm in the 'objective' group I guess. My first objective (HQ 9) was destroy 72 buildings. Second was deploy 180 vehicles. (Goodbye conflict points, goodbye medals. I just mass'd out Probe Droids for 15 or so battles at 27 probe droids per battle). Now at crate 3, its destroy 4HQ. All crates open immediately.
